Thobi Zulu is a former IMISA board member. She teaches meditation in Vosloorus, a township
outside Johannesburg, particularly providing black women with access to this life-changing practice that has made an indelible mark in her own life.

Mbuyiselo Yanta, an IMISA board member, is interviewed by Thobi Zulu. Mbuyi delivers various programmes that support and mentor young people in Cape Town townships.

Father Lubabalo Mguda, a Catholic priest in Gqeberha (formerly known as Port Elizabeth), is interviewed by Thobi Zulu. Father Lubabalo has introduced mindfulness to his parish, and to African clergy on sabbatical in South Africa.
