Online guided meditation

Our weekly guided meditation is an opportunity to connect and practice in silence as a community.

You’re encouraged to join us and invite others who may benefit from the grounding or healing effects of mindfulness practice.

In today’s disconnected and turbulent world, our mental, emotional and relational well-being is more important than ever before. Regular mindfulness practice can be extremely valuable to how we show up in the world around us.

In support of our community, we host weekly online guided meditations that are free and open to all.

What:

A weekly guided meditation with experienced teachers.

When:

Every Monday at 08h00 – 08h30.

Where:

Online via Zoom (video call platform).

Who:

All welcome. Simply register.
