IMISA Training Programmes
End of Life Mindfulness
End of Life Mindfulness
Overview
The preparation for death is often sacred and mysterious.
While this course is designed for those approaching the end of life, the truth is that we are all going to die.
We live much of life on autopilot, half-asleep. A near-death experience, a terminal diagnosis, or the loss of someone we love can rouse us, reminding us to live deliberately and with purpose.
Living with the awareness of our mortality can help us see life more clearly, appreciate it more deeply, and live with greater intention. It is also valuable to explore these reflections and practices now – before the end, when energy may be limited – so they can support you fully, whenever that time comes.
Who is the course for?
Those who have a terminal diagnosis, their caregivers, health care professionals, and the curious.
