Introduction to Mindfulness
Finding Your Ground
Overview
Life can feel as though we’re constantly being pulled in different directions — by work, family, responsibilities and the endless stream of thoughts that carry us away from the present moment. In the midst of it all, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our experience with openness and curiosity. Rather than trying to change or control what is happening, we learn to meet each moment with greater awareness and compassion. Over time, this simple yet profound practice can help us feel more grounded, resilient and fully alive.
Finding Your Ground is a gentle, practical introduction to mindfulness that offers a space to slow down, reconnect and discover a greater sense of steadiness in everyday life. Whether you are new to mindfulness or simply looking to refresh your practice, this four-week course will help you cultivate greater presence, clarity and kindness, one moment at a time.

This course is designed for beginners who want to establish a solid foundation in mindfulness. It is also ideal for those with an existing mindfulness practice who wish to deepen and refresh their understanding and experience.
