Simon is a medical psychotherapist, a mindfulness trainer and supervisor. He curated and coordinated the two-year certificate in mindfulness-based interventions at Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences.

She has a certification in Mindfulness-based interventions from Stellenbosch University and is a registered TRE (tension and trauma release exercises) facilitator. She also is a facilitator for Family Constellations and Soul Collage.

Asanda Kaka is a mindfulness teacher and life coach, specialising in trauma-sensitive interventions for youth. She explores mindfulness, emotional regulation, and motivation to support well-being and resilience in under-resourced communities.

Gugulethu Mkandla is a mindfulness practitioner and facilitator passionate about trauma-sensitive, socially engaged practice rooted in Ubuntu. She integrates mindfulness, youth leadership, and community wellbeing, drawing on years of experience and postgraduate training in mindfulness and psychology.

Ivo began practicing as a physiotherapist in 2002. Ivo has a passion for holistic physiotherapy incorporating mind-body integrated treatments. He has an interest in chronic pain, home based physio and end-of-life care. Ivo is a burnout/trauma coach and mindfulness teacher. He facilitates courses on chronic pain, mindfulness and wellness interventions for medical professionals, corporates and lay-people.

Mbuyi Yanta
Mbuyi has completed advanced training in Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and Alchemy: The Art and Science of Co-facilitation with CRR Global, as well as foundation training in African Family Constellations. He holds a University-Based Certificate in Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) through the Institute for Mindfulness South Africa, in collaboration with Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and completed a fellowship in Organisational Innovation with the DG Murray Trust.

Sarah Foale is a mindfulness-based facilitator and coach with a background in psychology. Her work includes training, mentoring and supervising mindfulness practitioners, and adapting mindfulness-based interventions for greater accessibility, particularly in low-resource settings.
